If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.
If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos of each damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to me at mail@carolinpeters.com; I will need these in order to file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order.

Most orders ship within a few days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Please contact me immediately at mail@carolinpeters.com if you need your order by a specific date!

US Domestic Orders:
US orders ship USPS First Class with a 1-5 day transit time. US orders of more than $100 are automatically insured.

International Orders:
Non-domestic orders ship USPS First Class International. Transit times vary by country. Please note that international shipments could take more than a month to arrive. If you do not receive your package within 40 days of shipment, please email me at mail@carolinpeters.com so I can file an insurance claim, and send you a replacement or refund.
